  1. Kia ora Zack,

It is wonderful to see you completing a few of the teaser week activities. My name is Leisha Ferguson and I am with the Summer Learning Journey. I live in Auckland and I am part of the team that will be commenting on your blog posts over the summer. I am really looking forward to getting to know you and reading your interesting blogs :)

You have identified the key goal of The Water Project. It is an amazing charity that are focused on helping communities to have access to clean and safe water! I like that you have provided an image for us to see and help us understand what it is like walking while holding a big containing on head. This is a common activity for many people in these communities. It looks like hard work don’t you think? Remember to always attribute any images you have borrowed from the internet or others too.

I hope you have been enjoying the teaser week activities. I am excited for week 1 of the Summer Learning to start on Monday 16th December. I hope you will blog with us over the summer. I cannot wait to see what you will post about next!

    Leisha
    :)
